Please note that heritage is not responsible for any packages that may be lost or damaged during transit.
SPECIFIC SHIPPING INFORMATIONS
RUSSIA: Due to very strict restrictions on imports to Russia, non-document shipments sent to private individuals undergo extreme scrutiny, which can result in massive customs delays and holds on your shipment.
In order to help minimise these holds and delays we strongly recommend that all orders placed for a shipping to Russia ship to a certified business.
BRAZIL: Due to heavy customs restrictions, heritage unfortunately does not currently ship to Brazil. We are doing our best to make it happen as soon as possible.
RETURNS
Heritage curates one of a kind, rare vintage pieces, which are final sales. They have a particular value, provenance, history, and most of them are pre-owned. We do our best to please our customers by dry cleaning them professionally prior to shipping, which represent a consequent overcost.
We therefore do not accept returns on our pieces.
We do our best to deliver a precise description of each item sold on our website, with specific details on the possible flaws they present, in order for you to purchase a precious piece without being disappointed when receiving it.
As we do care for our customers and are really concerned about providing the best luxury service, if you do encounter an issue with your item when receiving it, despite all the previous informations, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our client service orders@heritageparis.fr so that we can find a proper solution to your problem.
At heritage we want your experience to be just perfect, from purchasing to wearing your next vintage treasure, that is why all items are professionally dry cleaned prior to shipping.
However, please keep in mind that most of the items are pre owned, and even if we carefully select and take care of them, they might show some minor defaults, always reflected in the price.
Here are the four condition categories :
LIKE BRAND NEW
Item is new and has still label on it, not previously owned or worn; item looks like it is brand new, with absolutely no signs of wear.
EXCELLENT
Item shows no or minor signs of wear, and is in perfect condition
VERY GOOD
Item shows minor signs of wear (i.e. slight pilling, marks, scratches etc), which is reflected in price.
GOOD
Item shows some sign of wear with visible defaults (i.e. visible marks, scratches, stains etc) that are specified in the condition details and reflected in price.
CORRECT
Despite signs of wear, the item is so rare and unique that we still list it for sale. Defaults are detailed in the description and reflected in price.
